Rhythm and Play

Tuesdays at 9:30am (during school terms)
We have put together a wonderful program that encompasses some of the great elements of our two kids programs Playgroup and Rhythm & Dance. Our kids are able to enjoy free play, mat time, music and dancing, as well as morning tea for both kids and carers.
Our new program which we have coin'd "Rhythm & Play" runs as follows:
9:00am - Room is open and available for free play as we set up.
9:30am - Alternating program of Playgroup and Rhythm & Dance
10:15am - Kids morning tea
10:30am - Free play in hall & carers morning tea
11:00am - Finish (with parents to assist with pack up at 11am).
Booking in: Numbers are strictly limited and all children must be booked in. It's easy to book in, simply email the church office: families@metfordbaptist.org.au. We will email you to confirm your child/ren place.
Cost/donations: To limit the handling of money, we will have a set term cost for this program of $20 for one child or $25 for 2 more children for the same family. This contributes towards the cost of morning tea for children and parents and craft/ other activities and equipment. Fees are to be paid via EFT and the details will be in your confirmation letter.
What you need to bring: A water bottle for your child/ren, please don't bring in any food, this will be provided.
If you are unwell or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive to COVID-19, we ask that you follow government advice and stay at home. Keeping everyone safe is our top priority.
